The iPhone 5S and 5C have officially been out for a week now. The Huffington Post recently posted an infographic detailing several ways your iPhone may be harming your health. Among them include hearing damage, poor sleep quality and phantom vibration syndrome, something many of us have experienced but thought we were simply losing our minds. Overall, these health risks make a compelling case for us to take some time off from using our phones. What do you think? Does this motivate you to cut down on your phone use? Let us know in the comments below.
