Malena Bendik is a sophomore from Long Island, New York. She is majoring in communications with a concentration in professional and technical writing. After college, Malena plans to go to law school and become an attorney.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing, longboarding, listening to music, and appreciating the X-Files. In addition to working for the Daily Runner, Malena edits the newsletter for Cutchogue New Suffolk Free Library.
