“When I think of fall, I think of family. Ever since I could remember, around this time every year, my family would throw a harvest party. All of my relatives would come over, and we would go all out. All the kids would dress up, we would have a scavenger hunt, and eat hamburgers and drink apple cider. My favorite part was probably the dressing up. I would always get pretty creative with my costume choices. One year, when I was about eight or nine, I decided to be a tomato. I got a bunch of red felt and made it into some sort of suit, and stuffed it with plastic bags. I even made a green stem. I thought it was funny… I really appreciate that Regent has events like the costume party, so we can still have the opportunity to dress up and be creative.”
