Since 2007, Morgan Perry and her team have traveled to more than 20 nations, 13 states, and 27 cities, interviewing more than 50 people for their film “Sex and Money.” To Perry and her team, this film is not merely a documentary. It is a call to action – a campaign for justice.

Today, “It costs $0.50 to buy sex with an Ethiopian child. In Thailand the going rate was $20. In Amsterdam the price was $70. In our world, children are bought and sold, women ravaged for pocket change. The innocent suffer. Once born into poverty, escape seems impossible.”

Kevin Bales, author of Free the Slaves and interviewee for “Sex and Money,” wrote that, “The two main barriers to the global eradication of slavery are public awareness and resources.” That is exactly what Perry and her team have set out to do. But they still need help.
